Wings open to provide access to the engine compartment. Dual exhaust pipes stick out the back like cannons. The logo you see beneath the pipes is a lowercase H for Harmon.
Even the wheels are extraordinarily complex. The floating spokes are carved out of walnut and ash.
The two gauges pictured here are a speedometer and tachometer, held inside cups made of cherry wood. Mr. Harmon rotated the grain in the wood to create the striped look. The baseball bat-looking thing is part of the manual gear shifter.
