1959 PORSCHE RSK (Ralph Lauren's Vintage Car) Lauren’s edition of the Spyder, number 718-009, had its most triumphant moment in 1959 when it captured second place in the Tourist Trophy on the Goodwood Circuit in England, placing two seconds ahead of Tony Brooks’ Ferrari—which boasted an engine twice the size of the Porsche—but short of a three-liter Aston Martin driven by Stirling Moss. At Amelia Island this year, edition 718-023 RSK sold for $3.3 million.
