One of the benefits of frequent travel to Southeast Asia for work is flying through some of the region's major hubs and taking a day or two to enjoy the local cuisine. But while I've spent countless hours exploring hawker centers in Singapore, dim sum in Hong Kong, and Korean barbecue in Seoul, no city draws me back quite so powerfully as Tokyo. Here are nine of my favorite spots.
