Baked Chicken Meatballs Made these using Italian ground turkey. Added a little parmesan/romano cheese to mixture and when done micro shredded mozzarella on top. Very good.. When I use regular ground chicken or turkey, I add 1t of Italian seasoning per pound of meat.
