Pumpkin Waffles! I thought these were really good I made them once with the butter and once without it and they really didn't taste much different in fact the ones w/out the butter were crispier and MUCH less fatty too obviously. Also used pumpkin spice instead of cloves and I always use whole wheat flour.

Gingerbread Waffles...1 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 1/2 cup brown rice flour (the top two flours can be replaced with all purpose flour for non-gluten free), 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tbs molasses, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 very ripe banana, mashed, 1/2 cup skim milk.
Pancake Mini-Muffins. Plain or blueberry. Dip 'em in warm syrup!
