Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms & Cream
4 raw chicken breasts, 6 new potatoes, 3-4 can green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with 2 packets of Italian dressing mix and then top with a half stick of melted butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-5.

HOLY MOLY it was good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup~ Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta.
MEXICAN CHICKEN: Chicken breast, taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese, salt, and green onions. Low carb!!!
