Make grapefruit infused rum for mojitos or whatever! 1) Slice grapefruit and remove pith and peel. 2) Place sliced grapefruit into an infusion jar. Add rum then seal the jar. 3) Let infuse for 1 to 2 weeks in a cool, dark spot, tasting and shaking regularly. 4) Strain the rum into a clean bottle and cap. Discard solids.
