Warm 120g butter and 1/2 a tin (200g) of sweetened condensed milk in the microwave. Cut up Eskimo/Fruit Puff lollies (190g) into bite-sized chunks. Mix butter, condensed milk, crushed malt biscuits (1 packet) together. Form into a log shape. Roll in coconut. Chill in fridge for 4 hours. When set, cut into slices and serve.
Seven layer dip shots -- great for a party so people don't have to be crowded around a big bowl of dip. Layers: 1. Refried Beans 2. Sour Cream 3. Guacamole 4. Pico De Gallo 5. Queso Dip 6. Cheese 7. Green Onion (luckily I am not normal)
