Crepe Cake - so easy to make 1) make crepe cool 2) whip cream (add liquor if desired) 3) Assemble on serving plate a) 1 crepe b) spread w/ whipped cream, c) repeat a + b until topped with last crepe 4) Cover in wax paper, then plastic wrap let rest in fridge 1 day. 5) Unwrap, cut and serve 6) Accept praise from guests EASY
