STACI SAYS YES YES YES !  5 Minute Jello Salad 8 oz cottage cheese, 8 oz Cool Whip, 8 oz. strawberries, cut up, banana, strawberry jello. Whisk Cool Whip & jello til dissolved; fold in rest of ingredients.  YUM!

Topping 8 oz. cream cheese, softened ½ cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 container Cool Whip, thawed Fresh fruit  For topping, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread this cream cheese mixture over crust.  Use assorted fresh fruit for the pizza "toppings." Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Cut and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Ingredients: 8 ounces soft cream cheese  6 tablespoons soft butter  3/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract (NOT mint extract)  2 pounds sifted powdered sugar  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  3 drops red food coloring   Combine and push mint mixture into a pastry bag, icing syringe or squeeze bottle with a decorative tip. Create desired shapes for mints. Let set 1 hour.

I gave each kid a spoon with an apple from the can of apple pie filling. Then they placed it on the open crescent, added a touch of cinnamon and rolled away.
