Compassion: Sit comfortably and focus on your heart chakra. Feel or intend goodwill and love to yourself. Inhale and visualise the heart chakra as a lotus flower blooming with compassion. The lotus flower exudes a silver mist that spreads from your heart to fill every cell in your body with acceptance and love. The mist continues to expand and now fills the entire universe with compassionate vibrations. Breathe in and out, repeating the exercise for five minutes then ground yourself.
