The Grade 5 Exhibition is a culminating experience in the Primary Years Programme and an opportunity for students to exhibit the attributes of the IB learner profile. In the exhibition, students select real-life issues or problems to carry out an open-ended inquiry with the guidance of teachers and mentors. Through this process, students have an opportunity to demonstrate all five essential elements in the PYP - knowledge, concepts, skills, attitudes and action. www.aas.ru/ES/PYP
The power of an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning is its potential to increase intellectual engagement and foster deep understanding through the development of a hands-on, minds-on and ‘research-based disposition’ towards teaching and learning.
