Sriracha Chicken Thigh Fillets. I made this on April 11 2012. It was pretty spicy but that's because I didn't have Sriracha and I used Cayenne pepper instead! I just used chicken breast instead of thighs, 2 Tbsp of Cayenne, blueberry jam instead of pineapple (couldn't find any), an extra clove of garlic (love it) and onion powder (just a dash). I let it marinate for 2 1/2 hours. When cooking, most of the fire in the spice left and a pleasant amount of heat. Pretty good, I'd make it again.
