Boeuf Bourguignon (slow cooker) ~ Stuff I Make My Husband - I was expecting more robust flavor, but it just tasted like a normal stew to me. Wasn't bad, just wasn't what I was fully expected. Hubby loved it though! I'd do it again and add more Worcestershire sauce and more meat (I only did 1 pound).
Roast Chicken in a Bundt Pan! It's genius I tell you! Use your Bundt pan to roast chicken that's crispy all the way around. Place carrots onions and potatoes in the pan and then place the chicken cavity side down over the center. Season as usual and place pan on a cookie sheet to catch drips. Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes per pound plus 15 minutes. Voila! Dinner!
