She IS ALIVE!!! Posing stands can NOT hold up a person. "This one is amazing. If I didn't know any better, I'd say she was alive. But look at her feet--slightly crooked again--and you can see the stand holding her up behind her." Stands were used by the living to help them hold poses for the long development time.
