Vintage Victorian Judd Metal Book Rack Holder Expanding Child With Dove

This is a circa 1910's book rack, made Judd Manufacturing Company. The rods are metal, the ends are sand cast iron with a patinated factory finish that looks bronze. Overall condition is very good - the cast is crisp and attractive, the finish has some discoloration from age and the rods are straight. It is marked with Judd's number 9724 and the image is of "Child And Dove", a figure sitting reading amongst books. These book holders have sliding rods and this expands to approximately 12-3/4". Book rack measures approximately 5" tall and 5-3/4" wide. Please look at all the pictures as they are a better description than I can write. Cost of shipping includes insurance.
