Cape Tomyo (燈明崎, toumyozaki) is the cape in Uraga, Kanagawa. This is where people collect pottery shard and beach glass.  In the Edo Period, there is the Japanese style lighthouse for over 220 years. From over 7.2 km of distance, ship could see this light. Currently, the base rock are still the original shape and the lighthouse was rebuilt in 1988. There is beach in this cape. You can enjoy great view of Tokyo Bay.  Tourist Info. There is parking and restroom. Parking is 1,000 yen in summer.
