So smart, @Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore calls it "The Teacher's Pet". We give it an A+! Add 1 oz Cucumber Juice ,1 oz Apple Juice,1/2 oz Agave Nectar, 3 oz Ginger Beer into a snifter glass and garnish with apple slice.
Sparkling Apple Sangria. 1 (750ml) bottle of Riesling, 1 red delicious apple (julienne), 1 granny smith apple (julienne), & 1/2 (750ml) bottle of brut champagne or sparkling wine (chilled). Pour Riesling into large pitcher & stir in apples. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours & up to 24 hours. Add champagne/sparkling wine, stir and serve. If apples get brown strain out & replace with fresh ones.
