Slow cooker chocolate fudge (2.5 c chocolate chips, .5 c coconut milk, .25 c honey, dash sea salt - combine & cook on low for 2 hours). Then add, 1 tsp vanilla extract, stir and let cool 1 hour. Then stir until it loses gloss and pour into greased casserole dish to cool in fridge for 4 hours. Cut and serve.
