aiueo / hiragana
This is an design on a Japanese advertisement for vinegar. It's a nice use of typography as dishes prepared with vinegar are displayed along the loop in the hiragana character for "su" which also means vinegar. It's a great example of a design that's simple, but strong.

Factories and offices were hit especially hard and expected to reduce their consumption. Some companies even rescheduled production to weekends to avoid the cuts and spread the demand more evenly.
