Peach Oat Smoothie: 2 ripe peaches, quartered, pits removed 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup rolled oats (gluten free for G-free eaters) 1/2 frozen banana (peeled before freezing) 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 banana, 1 c strawberries, 1 c (rice) milk, 1 handful spinach, 1 tbsp chia seeds - this is breakfast today!

4 avocados 6 limes bunch of cilantro chopped Mix your avocados in your food processor till smooth, add the juice of the limes and a handful of cilantro, mix again. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle cilantro on top as well for garnish. Enjoy with chips. Top your fave mexican dishes with this instead of sour cream.
