Northshore is a well-known spot for an Instagrammable (and tasty!) breakfast/brunch/lunch in Osaka. In my opinion Northshore is one of Osaka's best brunch spots. I've been to Northshore many times, and food and portion sizes have always been good. There is indoor seating and outdoor terrace seating, with river views. Vegetarian options available. Great spot for breakfast in Osaka, brunch in Osaka, or even lunch or a good spot for afternoon tea in Osaka.
