Want to eat ice-cream in Kobe, but overwhelmed with choice? Look no further! This strawberry and vanilla swirl soft-serve ice-cream was delicious even on a chilly day! I loved the waffle cone with the chocolate and pistachio pieces on the top too. Kobe Milk is located right at the entrance to Chinatown (Nankinmachi) in Kobe. The Nankinmachi entrance of the store seems to be more focused on puddings, while the back of the store focuses more on soft-serve ice-cream.
