朝から、ロキソニンを飲んで旅を始めたのだが、腰痛は軽減しているものの腰から下肢の感覚異常をきたし、歩行に異常を來たしていた上、雨天に滑りやすい長靴と傘という状態であったので、下の鳥居から長い階段を登ろうとしたのであるが困難であることに氣づいた時に少し登ったところで、參道の脇に舗装された道路を発見し、道を探してくるまで行くことにした。中腹地点くらいから車を降り、參道を行く。雨と霧の爲か、非常に秘的で荘嚴な空間を作り出しており、非常によい印象を持った。おそらく、晴れであったとしても、木が多く日隂になっており、威嚴のある佇まいであろう事が容易に感じ取られる。行く価値があったと思う社である。１．石鳥居、參道２．さざれ石・鬼八法師が阿蘇大明に追われて矢部に向かう途中、穿戸岩(體山)を蹴破った時、転げ落ちてきた岩塊...２０１１年６月１８日肥後豐後日向５熊野座社
