和菓子【春日和Haru_biyori〜緑茶と桜の道明寺domyoji 】

良く晴れた穏やかな春の天気を春日和と言います｡桜が咲き始める頃の晴天は長続きしない事が多いですが､それゆえにありがたく愛おしい｡春の花咲く風景をや表した和菓子を作りました｡ We Japanese describe the sunny, mild spring weather as "Haru biyori" The sunny weather when the cherry blossoms gradually begin to bloom does not last long. But I am grateful and loving because of that. I made a wagashi that represents a scene of spring flowers in bloom.

和菓子【寿ぎKotohogi〜日本酒とﾗｽﾞﾍﾞﾘｰの寒氷Kangori】

新春らしい紅白梅の寒氷｡紅は甘酸っぱいラズベリー､白は日本酒の芳醇な風味です。 I made New Year's red and white plum sweets (kan-gori), the red one is sweet and sour raspberry and the white one is mellow flavor of sake.

和菓子【寿ぎKotohogi〜日本酒とﾗｽﾞﾍﾞﾘｰの寒氷Kangori】

紅白梅の寒氷を作りました｡紅は甘酸っぱいラズベリー風味､白は芳醇な日本酒風味。(合成着色料不使用) I made wagashi (Kangori<agar sweets>) in the shape of red and white plum blossoms. The red one is flavored with sweet and sour raspberry and the white one is mellow flavor of Japanese sake(No synthetic colors are used.)

春の風に吹く風景を表した菓子を作りました｡桜とクランベリーの風味の雲平です。I made confections that represent the scenery of spring winds blowing in the wind. Cherry and cranberry flavored unpei.

草木が芽吹き､少し春色を帯びてきた風景を表した菓子を作りました｡鶯きな粉とﾋﾟｽﾀﾁｵの優しい風味でリラックス｡ I made wagashi representing a scene where the grass and trees have started to sprout and the colors of around scenery have begun to change a little.

和菓子【柚子玉yuzu_dama 〜柚子の琥珀糖Kohakuto(Dried yuzu Jelly)】

冬晴れの青空に向かって輝く柚子の実を表した菓子を作りました。果汁と果皮をたっぷり使った琥珀糖は華やかで清々しい香り♪ I made these confectioneries that represents the fruit of the yuzu citron, which shines in the clear winter sky. Kohakuto(dried agar jelly) made with plenty of yuzu juice and peel has a gorgeous and refreshing aroma.

和菓子【松に雪Matsu_ni_yuki』〜ﾛｰｽﾞﾏﾘｰと柚子の雲錦･柚子の雲平uikin･unpei】

山芋と砂糖で作られたローズマリー風味の生地に､ほうれん草､ケシの実､ローズマリーを纏わせ､常緑樹に雪が降り積もる風景を表した和菓子を作りました｡ I made a wagashi that represented a scene of snow falling on evergreen trees. The pure white cloud skin dough was made from yams and sugar and covered with spinach powder, poppy seeds, and rosemary.
