😩 But oof… when you try it, do you feel like a clutz?! Here are some great tips to feel a bit more stable… 

✅ Fingertips on the wall - just a tiny bit of touch can help stabilize your entire body

✅ ”Grip” the ground with your feet, standing knee can be bent

✅ Grab around your knee, behind your thigh, or even just touch the top of your knee 

✅ SIT UP STRAIGHT!! Good posture is paramount, here. 

I know it’s oddly hard, especially if your balance is a bit off. But keep practicing it and you’ll feel your balance, control and mobility all improve. Yay!!
