Van genial con jamón y aceite de oliva… ¡espero que os gusten! 📝 INGREDIENTES (aperitivo 3 personas): ▪️9 alcachofas ▪️150g de jamón ibérico ▪️1 limón ▪️Aceite de oliva virgen extra ▪️Sal en escamas 👨🏻🍳 PASO A PASO: 1️⃣ Empezamos limpiando las alcachofas. Retiramos las hojas más duras y externas hasta llegar al corazón (donde las hojas empiezan a ser más tiernas y se ven de color más amarillento). In a bowl, mix sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flaxseeds, chia, salt, paprika, and dry oregano and mix. Finally, add the water and mix. Set aside for 20 minutes. 2. After time has elapsed mix again and pour the mixture on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and arrange evenly. 3. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes. 4.
