What do you think? • 2 oz egg Nog • 2 oz vanilla vodka • 3/4 oz amaretto Liqueur 1/2 oz maple syrup Add to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. • Strain into a chilled coupe glass. It will get clumpy at first and you’ll have to use a spoon to get it off the blades. Keep going until it is smooth. About 5 min. • 2.- combine salsa macha and honey. • 3.- fry the almonds in the butter until golden. 4.- spread brie and top with the honey, almonds, lemon zest and salt. #
