Linda Raymond Closed the Deal Just Before Christmas
After two years of looking at condos, single-family, and multi-family homes from Norwalk to Milford, we found the home, won the bidding war, made it through inspection negotiations, and the saved the deal from an appraisal acting as a home inspector, an underwriter with impossible conditions, a wave of cold feet, a competing new listing, and a seller who never left the house and wanted to spend the night there after the closing to avoid a hotel… we did it! EVERYBODY DANCE NOW! 🕺💃🏻
