築43年のいわゆる「田舎建ち」とよばれる田の字型の日本家屋のリノベーション。 3世代それぞれが心地よく暮らせるよう、プライベートは確保しつつ顔の見える住まいを目指しました。 断熱性を高めることで、寒い・暗いの不満を解消し、家族の気配を感じられる繋がりのある空間に仕上げています。 写真は田の字型を生かした開放的なリビングダイニングスペース。

ガラリ網戸で視線を遮りながらも外の空気を感じられます。

明るいデッキスペースと落ち着いた雰囲気のダイニングスペース。
ダイニングの天井は２ｍ１０cmと低めに設定しています。そうする事でより落ち着きが生まれます。メリハリの効いた空間は心地良いですね。

高いと低い
天井を低く抑えたダイニングと、高く吹抜けたリビング。高さのメリハリが気持ち良いくつろぎ空間。
