Firecracker Chicken Meatballs
Meatballs: • 1 pounds ground chicken or turkey • 4 teaspoons minced garlic • 1/2 heaping teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1 large eggs • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs • 1/2 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Firecracker sauce: • ½ cup hot sauce I used Franks • 1 cup light brown sugar • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/2 -1 teaspoon red pepper- more if you like it spicy🌶️ Directions: • Mix all ingredients for meatballs. • Use a cookie scoop and make meatballs or to your desired size. • Put on parchment paper . Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 11-12 minutes. Flip half way through. Or air fryer. Do not over cook the meatballs or they will be dry. • In meantime add all firecracker sauce ingredients in a pot and cook on medium heat
