Uniform of Emperor Nicholas II, circa 1896. The double-breasted coat is of dark-blue woollen cloth with a stand-up collar and cuffs of red cloth; decorated with gold embroidery, epaulettes and aiguillettes. The collar are embroidered in gold thread and spangles with an elaborate pattern; the cuffs bear gilded metal buttons with images of double-headed eagles. The item is completed with gold epaulettes with the monogram of Tsar Alexander III.

Coronation uniform of Emperor Alexander II, circa 1856. The double-breasted woollen uniform is woven in the form of a half kaftan with red cloth collar and cuffs decorated with oak leaves trimmed with gold thread. The are made of smooth brocade and finished with a gold fringe. The aiguillettes have gold tips and stars of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called and of St. Vladimir. The belt is of silver brocade decorated with woven strips of gold- and sand-colored silk.

Collar and cuffs also display silver bullion Litzen, those on the cuffs with gold double-headed eagle buttons.
