This costume was fun and easy to make. Start with a white large rectangular bin lid. Cut a hole for your head to hold it up and then start adding the battery led string lights, beads and silver foam balls, then pillow stuffing. Next spray paint a few shades of grey and top w silver. Rain Cloud Halloween Costume 2015. We attached poly fill to a novelty cowboy hat with a glue gun for the cloud. For the rain we threaded silver sequins and clear beads onto clear stretch and purple metallic threads then we hot glue those to the brim of the hat. We glued yellow construction paper to light chipboard and cut out the lightning bolt for a dash of color. Add fun galoshes and voila!
