I get asked all the time… “What’s a good modification for a side plank?” 🤷‍♀️ Whether your shoulder hurts & isn’t strong enough (yet 😉) or you don’t want to get down on the floor, these “Paloff Presses” are a great alternative for you.

➡️ The Paloff Press (or anti-rotation press) is AWESOME for your core because it trains an essential function of your core: BRACING & RESISTING MOVEMENT.

➡️ It’s also awesome for fragile abdominals, like Diastasis Recti or post-abdominal surgeries, because it’s INDIRECT ABDOMINAL training…meaning you’re not directly attacking your abs and making them contract hard.
