Under the Sea Party decorations

Our sweet, fierce, fun little boy turned a year old a couple weeks back and to celebrate we threw him an Under the Sea First Birthday Party. I love planning events. Any kind of celebration. I do feel that birthdays deserve extra attention when it comes to details. Even for the one year olds who will only remember because of the photos.

Seaweed decor for under the sea party made of streamer and tissue paper!

Used green table cloths to make seaweed. Cut strips a few inches wide at least, and gently stretch/pull the center of each strip, working your way down. Causes a ‘pursed’ affect. Very easy to tear, but still looked fine!! Blue streamers to ‘contain’ the party in doorways. The bubbles were purchased from Hobby Lobby
