Agnes | Toddler Learning Activities on Instagram: "Water refraction 🌈 Have you tried this simple science experiment? ❤️ Draw a picture on a piece of paper 🧡 Color it in 💛 Place inside a Ziploc bag 💚 Outline the picture with a sharpie 💙 Slowly lower into a pot of water and watch the colors disappear! How does this work? ♥️ Refraction happens when light changes direction, or bends, when it moves from one material to another 🧡 Light traveling through air changes direction when it hits water 💛 This makes it look like the colors magically disappear! 💌 Save and share with a friend for inspiration Follow @learningfromplaying for more easy fun activities #learningfromplaying #learningthroughplay #learningbyplaying #learningeveryday #welovesimpleplay #diy #toddleractivities #toddlerlea Refraction Art, Water Refraction, Refraction Experiment, Experiments For Kids Easy, Easy Fun Activities, Science Experiments Kids Preschool, Fun Experiments For Kids, Rainbow Experiment, Science For Toddlers

Cynthia on Instagram: "Leaf propelled by ink experiment 🖋️ Super easy to do and so cool to watch! For this experiment all you need is : - container with water (bowl, plate) - leaves - pens (take the pen apart so you can add the ink to the leaves) This happens because of Marangoni effect, the ink has a lower surface tension than water, lowering the surface tension behind the leaf. As the water still has a large surface tension, it pulls the leaf forward! #scienceexperiment #scienceexperimentsforkids #scienceexperiments #scienceforlittles #stemforkids #stemactivities #toddlerlearning #activitiesfortoddlers #homeschoolpreschool" Leaves Experiment For Kids, Leaf Experiments For Preschool, Leaf Science Experiments Preschool, Leaf Experiments For Kids Science, Leaf Activity Preschool, Easy Experiments For Kids Preschool, Leaves Activity For Kids, Leaves Activities For Toddlers, Science Experiment For Preschoolers

2.1K views · 138 reactions | The coolest science experiment to do with your kids! Now that kids are at home for their summer break it’s always good to have a list of fun activities to do with them to minimize screen time and encourage learning through play! This experiment will amaze the kids and takes just a couple of minutes to set up! Great way to have fun and talk about science at the same time 🥰 Have kids predict what will happen! ➡️ This is due to air pressure. When you place the piece of paper on top of the ruler you increase the surface area and the air pressure makes the paper heavy. ➡️ Save this activity and try it with your kids! 🩷 . . . . . #kidsactivities #kidsactivitiesideas #learningthroughplay #kids #momlife #science #scienceexperiment #sciencefun #scienceforkids Kids At Home Science Experiments Fun, Quick Science Activities, Magic Science Experiments, What To Do When Bored For Kids, Science Experience For Kids, Fun Science Projects For Kids, Science Projects For Kids Preschool, Fun Crafts For Kids To Do At Home, Simple Science Projects For Kids

Klara_In_Squares on Instagram: "SCIENCE SATURDAY on this rainy day Such a cool science experiment. We kept doing it over and over again! Spray a glass jar with perfume spray and place it over a lit tealight candle in a glass pan with about 2” of water. We added some food coloring for fun. Watch the explosion o This happens because the fire needs oxygen to be lit, it then pulls on the alcohol in the jar causing a reaction. #momlife #boymom #fyp #scienceexperiment #scienceforkids #scienceexperimentsforkids #scienceiscool #kcmom" Safari Themed Science Experiments, Food Day Activities For Kids, Science Day Activities, Kid Experiments At Home, Cool Science Experiments For Kids, Simple Science Experiments For Kids, Fun Science Experiments For Kids, Science Experiments Kids Preschool, Fun Experiments For Kids
