Rice a roni salad. I'm not a fan of rice-a-roni. So when my son came home from camping with 4 boxes, I groaned. I loosely followed this. I kept the rice to mayo ratio the same but added black beans, corn and taco seasoning. trying to make it a Mexican rice salad. The cooking time of 15 minutes made this so nasty mushy. Don't know how people like this rice.
