Printed in 1919, the book discusses a lifetime of esoteric knowledge gathered by the author. Sinnett was Vice-President of the Theosophical Society, he embraced the Society for Psychical Research, and was a member of the magical order "The Golden Dawn". This work was written toward the end of his life, published when he was 79 years old.
