Tel Aviv University has a new asset. Kimmel Eshkolot’s ground-up Steinhardt Museum of Natural History, named for New York-based philanthropists Michael and Judy Steinhardt, rises five stories to encompass roughly 103, 550 square feet of which 18,300 square feet are display space.

The Post stepped into a cavernous atrium in the 230,000-square-foot center designed by architect Jeanne Gang that recalls the canyons of the American southwest.

Hilferty created a master plan and overarching vision for the Sam Noble Museum’s 45,000 square feet of exhibit space. Superflux has created a forest inside the Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna, bringing in a mix of living trees and blackened pines rescued from wildfires. The installation, which is entitled Invocation for Hope, is part of the Vienna Biennale for Change 2021, which this year takes the theme of love for our planet and its climate.
