Grab a corner and get to work! 💪🏽 Do 10 of each, both sides ✨

An effective warmup is typically 10 minutes. What works best for me is 5 minutes of cardio (typically stairs or incline walk), followed by dynamic stretches and mobility work (seen in this video).

Dynamic stretching allows you to get an increased range of motion with the momentum created to propel you. You could also mirror the movements you will be doing in your workout in addition to these stretches!

After dynamic stretches, I’ll also do a few activation exercises in my warmup if I’m working glutes, but we’ll save that for another video 🤭💕.

Warmups can be extensive, especially for leg days, but they are worth doing to make for a better workout! 🏋🏽‍♀️

Working all day and running errands after work. My sister and i do stretches at home before we go to the gym so that we don't hurt any of our muscles at the gym. A warning sign might be that at work, she was close to yelling at a coworker. Short term stress, tense, and irritable. Long term stress, heart rate is up and very tired.
