My dentist gave me 2 options for my infected (and excruciatingly painful) tooth - 1. Root canal (I’m a firm NO on root canals) or 2. Extraction and zirconia implant (which would cost more than buying a horse and building a stable!)

So I gave myself a week to heal it naturally.

This is how I did it :

I oil pulled with a teaspoon of castor oil and a drop each of therapeutic grade Oregano, Tea Tree and On Guard essential oil, for 20 minutes, three times a day.

Within 24 hours, my tooth pain shifted from a 10, down to a 4. Within 3 days, it was completely gone.

2 months later, my tooth still gives me no problem at all.
