1. Have you ever tried BARRE!? It’s been about a decade (and a half🥲) for me, but damn was playing around at the barre HEALING for me! This is some serious ankle recovery in showcase and I’m just so grateful for my body.🙏🏼

2. FIRST FAMILY SKI DAY OF THE SEASON at the one and only @altaskiarea OFC 💯— ANOTHER HUGE HUGE HEALING JOURNEY VICTORY! Zero ankle pain😭🙏🏼

- side toe taps 
- low side leg lifts 
- flexed pulses 
- squat / side leg lift 
- flexed pulses (leg can be a bit higher for this one if wanted)
- side leg lift / ball tap 
- pretzel pulses with ball 
- knee to barre / pretzel 
- knee to barre / lower & lift in pretzel combo 
- pretzel pulses (opt arm up & tippy toes) 

u know the drill - 8-16x reps then repeat the other side !!
