Beginners: I would suggest either 1 or 2kg dumbbells for upper body as you’re working smaller muscle groups.  4-5kg for lower body. This will get you started and once you get stronger you can expand your collection as they’ll always go to good use. 

Work in a slow controlled manner always keeping your shoulders back and down so they don’t raise toward the ears ❤️

This is tough, but so are you ❤️
