Made into muffins by cooking at 170 C for 28-30 minutes. I also subbed 1/2 tsp of cinnamon out and added in 1/2 tsp nutmeg. I added a handful of chopped chocolate as well. This recipe made over 2 dozen muffins.
Overnight French Toast Bake - since I can't find sourdough bread here, I added 1 tbsp vinegar to 1 of the cups of milk to make buttermilk (add regular amounts of milk, just add some vinegar to a little of it). I also used 2 baguettes in place of the 1 sourdough since they were smaller.
