This meal was easy and delicious. The sauce was surprisingly simple, and I used low-sodium soy sauce to be a little healthier too. I love how she combined the egg whites with the cornstarch for added simplicity. I used a little extra oil in the pan to give it some crunch, and doubled the sauce to have extra to drizzle over. Serve with brown rice and this is a great meal that doesn't taste "light." (Light Sesame Chicken)
