Cooking Caveman with Jeff Nimoy:I bought some Red Chard at the farmers market that was so good I wanted to keep it raw, so I made a salad with it. Prepared it like a classic spinach salad. Red onion, olives, walnuts, spices, lemon juice, and added some fried slices of grass-fed beef sticks (a free gift from UncuredNaturalMeats.com with my last order), plus the warm olive oil I cooked them in, as the base for my dressing. All paleo, all organic. Really yummy!
