Thomas Bilney's plaque, Norwich Guildhall, Gaol Hill, Norwich, England. Constructed c.1407, the Guildhall served as the seat of city government until 1938. The Undercroft, beneath the east end pre-dates the building, and is thought to be an original feature of the earlier toll-house on this site, and was used to accommodate dangerous criminals.
