The Crow-"People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right. "
The Crow is the film that oz throws at me tonight. I was never a massive fan of this film but it manages to pass of the gothic noir vibe pretty effectively, mainly due to the central performance from Brandon Lee. His tragic death so eerily reminiscent of his fathers catapulted this film to a mainstream audience I'm sure it would never have troubled otherwise.
