Bibimbap! I had to improvise liberally, and it still turned out delicious and tasted pretty close to the real thing! My modifications: - no peanut oil, only sesame - sambal oelek instead of gochuchang - ground beef instead of rib-eye (don't know the Swedish word for it!) - omitted pear, onions, sugar, and soda because I didn't have them on hand. - sauteed meat instead of grilled. - long grain rice instead of jasmine It took a big chunk of time to make, but it was well worth it!
