Scallion Rice Cracker😍🥢 🌱Ingredients Raw Rice 100g Cooked Rice 50g Water 140g Scallion 4 Stalks Dried Yeast 1 tbsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 🌱Recipe 1. Soak 100g raw rice in water over night. Drain the water in the morning, cut scallion into small pieces. 2. Add the soaked rice, cooked rice and water to a mixer, mix it with high speed for 2 minutes until it's smooth, pour it into a bowl, add 1 tsp dried yeast, cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 mins 3. Add salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp oil and scallion to the rice paste, mix everything well 4.
